How do I become an R-stream partner?
Getting started is simple. The first step is to book a meeting with our partner team using the calendar on this page or by filling out our application form. We’ll have an initial discussion to understand your business goals and see how they align with our program. From there, the entry point is our "Registered Partner" tier, which simply requires a signed partner agreement to get you started.
How much can I make as a partner?

Our program is designed to be financially rewarding and scales with your commitment. Our commercial structure is tiered to incentivize growth:

  • Referral Partners: Earn a percentage of the first-year subscription revenue (ACV) for every deal you refer. The fee increases as you move up the tiers: 10% for Registered, 15% for Certified, and 20% for Premier Partners. 
  • Solutions & Reseller Partners: You will receive a tiered discount off R-stream's list price, allowing you to set your own final price for the end customer while ensuring profitability.
Are there different types of partnerships?

Yes. We recognize that not all partners are the same, so we have designed distinct tracks to fit your business model. The primary tracks are:

Technology & Integration Partners for ISVs who want to build integrated solutions.

Referral & Consultancy Partners for trusted advisors who recommend solutions.

Solutions & Reseller Partners for those who bundle R-stream with their own services, like CDMOs or system integrators. 

What kind of support and resources do partners get?

We are committed to our partners' success through continuous enablement. All partners get access to the R-stream Partner Portal, which is a central hub for all resources. Inside, you'll find a comprehensive training and certification center (LMS), a full Sales & Marketing Enablement Kit with playbooks and battlecards, co-brandable marketing collateral, and an interactive demo environment. Our top-tier partners also receive a dedicated Partner Manager and eligibility for Market Development Funds (MDF). 

How are my deals and opportunities protected?

Building trust is a cornerstone of our program. We offer a robust Deal Registration system through our partner portal for our Certified and Premier partners. This allows you to formally claim an opportunity you are working on, giving you protection from being undercut by another partner or our direct sales team. An approved registration grants you exclusivity to work that deal for a defined period, ensuring you are rewarded for your investment and effort.
